How coaching works
The Vowed method.Training, nutrition and weekly review.
A personal program, a weekly review and a direct line to your coach. We plan around your goals, your starting point and the time you have to train.

Your starting point
First, we plan around you.
We start with your goals, the date you are preparing for, your current fitness and your schedule. Your program accounts for the equipment you use, where you train and the life around it.
Weekly coach review
Your coach reviews the week.
Your program and communication live in the private coaching app. Each week, your coach reviews your training, data and upcoming schedule, then adjusts the work as needed.
You have a direct line to your coach throughout the engagement.
Nutrition guidance
Nutrition that fits your routine.
Your nutrition plan considers your schedule, preferences and travel. Your coach can adjust it when work, family commitments or the event change your routine.
Before and after your event
Plan for the event.
And what comes after.
We consider the week around your event, the days after it and your return to everyday training. After completing 12 cumulative months of paid coaching, you can continue month to month with The Vow. Founding Hundred members can join after their three-month founding term.

Personal attention
A coach who knows your program.
- Every application is reviewed personally.
- Each client has a direct line to coaching.
- Plans are adjusted in response to your progress and schedule.
- Client capacity is limited so coaching stays personal. Applications pause when capacity is full.
