What is included
Three months of personal coaching.
Prepare for a wedding, a milestone or a goal of your own with coaching built around your date and the realities of your schedule.
- Personal training programming, adjusted as you progress.

- A weekly coach review of your training and the week ahead.
- A direct line to your coach through the private coaching app.

Founding membership
For the first 100 members.
Founding members receive first access to Vowed coaching and a numbered certificate under seal. The founding offer closes when all 100 places are filled.
After completing the three-month founding term, you can continue with The Vow at $500 per person per month, or $1,000 total per couple. All other clients must complete 12 cumulative months of paid coaching before joining The Vow.

The Vow provides ongoing programming, accountability and reassessment after your completed coaching term. Continue with coaching as your schedule and goals change.
Founding members can access The Vow after completing the three-month founding term. The Vow will always be $500 per person per month ($1,000 total per couple) for all eligible members, including if you pause and return. Your founding benefit is earlier access.
