Our Story & Team

Meet Vowed. The team behind your training.

Vowed is private training and nutrition coaching for people with a goal—and a date—in mind. We work with individuals, couples, and wedding parties, building a plan around the time, equipment, and routine you have.

Rory, Ken and Chris bring together coaching, business strategy and data expertise to build Vowed. Together, they shape the training and the experience around it.
